Production of homemade kvass
The goal was to increase a shelf life for the product up to 30 days, improve the taste and pack using PET packaging.

This is what we did:

  1. We requested a sample of kvass from the client.
  2. We asked the client to provide us with the formulation and processing chain in regards to manufacturing.
  3. We collaborated with the client to learn their method for eliminating shortcomings.
  4. Being built on 7 years of professional experience and analysis of client's actions, we found out what went wrong with the formulation and processing chain respectively.
  5. We made adjustments to the formulation and processing chain.
  6. We managed to produce delicious kvass with the necessary shelf life in the required package.

We achieved the goal and the client is satisfied.
