The goal was to increase a shelf life for the product up to 30 days, improve the taste and pack using PET packaging.
This is what we did: - We requested a sample of kvass from the client.
- We asked the client to provide us with the formulation and processing chain in regards to manufacturing.
- We collaborated with the client to learn their method for eliminating shortcomings.
- Being built on 7 years of professional experience and analysis of client's actions, we found out what went wrong with the formulation and processing chain respectively.
- We made adjustments to the formulation and processing chain.
- We managed to produce delicious kvass with the necessary shelf life in the required package.
We achieved the goal and the client is satisfied.
